A very fine probe is inserted into the hair follicle and a chemical or heat energy is applied to destroy the growth center, and the hair is removed with tweezers. Electrolysis treatments vary by individual and many different factors. Most people require weekly treatments at first. Over time, treatments eventually become shorter and less frequent.
